Alistair has been taking downhill skiing lessons again this year. Before his first lesson he said that he was scared of the chairlift. I don't blame him, chairlifts are kind of scary. It doesn't help that his friend Ben fell off the chair lift two weekends ago. Today the instructors felt that Alistair was ready to go up the mountain. Alistair didn't want to go on the chairlift and said that he wanted to go home. With a little coaxing from Dad (and the promise of a special treat), he went on the chairlift with his instructor. He did great and conquered his fear. He went up three times and loved it.
