This weekend, many farms that produce maple syrup have open houses. Like last year, we went to MacNamara's farm to watch them boil maple sap. They had some yummy little treats too - kettle corn made with maple sugar and donut bites dunked in warm maple syrup. We also said hello to the horses and visited the cows that make our milk.
This was one of Evelyn's first fun outings since we chopped down our Christmas tree. It's been a long winter.
