The color this week has been beautiful. The reds, yellows, and oranges up against the blue sky are just spectacular. Some of the leaves are beginning to fall in our backyard. When the sun went behind a cloud for a minute, I seized the opportunity of somewhat warm weather to take our annual picture by the mossy rock.
I managed to snap a photo before Evelyn started crawling around. She just didn't want to sit still. Then the sun came out from behind the cloud (in other words patchy light).
So we relocated into the shade, and with the help of our neighbor Wendy, everyone was looking at the camera and even smiling.
