Tonight we went to Salt Hill for dinner. Alistair surprised us by ordering his dinner when the waiter came to take our drinks order. "Ham and cheese please," he said. I think he meant mac and cheese. That was a first. Baby Charlotte happily sat in a high chair at the table. She is growing so fast.
