The weather this summer has been hot and humid with thunderstorms nearly every day. Today thought was lovely. The humidity level was lower and it was not as hot. We decided to have a picnic at Marsh Billings. The grass where we planned to have a picnic was super tall, but we decided to sit there anyway. It was fun to eat our lunch surrounded by tall grass.
We stopped at the Pogue to look at all the dragonflies.
After our walk, we stopped at Billings Farm for a wagon ride and to enjoy some ice cream on National Ice Cream Day.
