Happy Thanksgiving! Even though it was just the five of us plus Bennet, we still made all the fixing for Thanksgiving. While I was cooking, Alistair built his Christmas fire station Lego Set and Charlotte played with my old Fuzzy Felt set.
With the coronavirus pandemic, my family in Chicago did not get together. Instead they had a big Zoom meeting. It was honestly wonderful to be able to see and talk with everyone, because normally we miss out on getting together or at best are on a phone passed around the party.
We ate in the dining room, which hopefully by next Thanksgiving will be finished, or at least more finished.
After dinner we played a couple of board games. Evelyn wanted to play Barbar, one of my board games from when I was a kid.
We then played Creationary (Pictionary with Lego).
The kids are probably the most Thankful for Bennet. Lucky puppy snuggled with Evelyn tonight.
