Almost spring?

The sun was shining today and I felt almost hot with my snowpants and coat on.  We still have snow on the ground, so snowpants are still a must when playing outside with the kids.  After a bit of sledding, we went for a walk in our woods, and Alistair snowshoed to the very top.  We could see Killington and two other hills on the horizon.  After putting Charlotte down for a nap (which she never took because she didn't fall asleep) we sat on the back porch, reading the paper and snacking on fig walnut bread.  Alistair wasn't even wearing shoes.  Spring is coming soon.  Tonight we set the clocks forward.
