After our Easter Egg hunt, we went to Tomapo Farms (where Alistair had his field trip the other day) for their open house. The farm has been in their family since 1769. We could smell the sweet maple sap boiling as we neared the sugar house. It was lovely and warm in the sugar house. We enjoyed some sugar on snow, a donut, and a pickle. We also bought some maple syrup to bring home with us.
