After a yummy Italian dinner, we went back to Disney World just in time for the light parade. Charlotte loved it. I put her on my shoulders and she was super happy, bouncing up and down and pointing to all the lighted floats. She also was being very silly. She would lean forward, and she would say "Hi" when I looked up at her. The she would do the same on my other side, and go back and forth.
After the parade we made our way towards the castle for the fireworks. Main Street was full of people. Alistair and Megan sat on their daddy's shoulders. Charlotte was fast asleep by this point. Before the fireworks, they had this amazing projection light show on the castle. It brought back memories of a similar show we saw on the Rouen Cathedral in France, but this was incredible. It is hard to describe. Then came the fireworks. I've seen a lot of fireworks, but these were perfect. The fireworks told a story and were choreographed to the music. It was a perfect end to a great week.
Getting home took forever. We took the ferry back (Charlotte slept through all of it), and Alistair fell asleep in the car straight away. He didn't wake up when we took him out of the car, and he slept in his clothes.
