Late Afternoon in York

After our visit to the National Railway Museum, we walked through York back to our hotel by Clifford's Tower.  We stopped in front of the York Minster, which is one of my favorite places in England.

We wandered through York's ancient, windy streets including the famous Shambles.  Alistair liked walking on the large flagstones down the middle, saying that it was his road.

We had dinner at our favorite British chain restaurant, Wagamama.  On the way home, Alistair was being silly (as usual).  He had great fun running over small lights in the pavement in one of the squares.  He giggled the whole time.
