Today was our first day of our English vacation. We are all a bit jet lagged, so we had a bit of a late start. We went with our friends John and Gail and their two girls, Megan and Molly, for a walk around Charnock Richard's Scarecrow Festival. Some of the scarecrows were super creative. We saw four Bradley Wiggins scarecrows, many complete with sideburns and one was even spinning it's legs on a bike.
Of course the highlight for Alistair was driving Megan around in a double decker bus. He loved ringing the bell too. Afterwards we went over to John and Gail's for a BBQ.
